Dear RACI Patient,
We sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are healthy during these stressful times. Governor DeWine and Dr. Amy Acton have announced that Ohio will re-open in phases effective May 4th. Health care facilities and elective procedures will be permitted to resume in accordance with safe social distancing guidelines in phase one. We know that many of you have elected to stay home out of safety concerns, but we encourage you now to reschedule any missed appointments.
With safety as a continued top priority for our patients and staff, social distancing and cleaning protocols that we adopted to prevent the spread of viruses are now routine procedures in all of our offices. In accordance with CDC and AAO guidelines, we have implemented these steps:
While RACI is taking these precautions, we need YOUR help to ensure the safest environment possible by following these guidelines:
We appreciate your cooperation and hope that you have extra confidence in RACI and the safety measures we have taken. We look forward to seeing you back in the office!
